Every member of the congregation has the right to:

• Have access to their own personal information that is stored and may request access to that record of their own personal information.
• Request corrections or deletions of their own personal information and may also request that their own personal information be deidentified.
• Object to the processing of their personal information. 

Members can also, with consideration of the Promotion of Access to Information Act No. 2 of 2000, apply to, with payment of a predetermined fee, gain access to information. In this regard, the following forms are available:

• Object to the processing of personal information – form 1
• Request corrections or deletions of personal information or deidentification of any records of personal information – form 2
• Application to obtain the data subject’s permission to process their personal information for direct marketing purposes – form 4
